01Who sells this

SOFIKA and its prompt library are run by an individual, the author of the library. You can reach us at hello@sofika.studio or on Telegram: https://t.me/sofika_ai.

This is a public offer. By paying for access you accept the terms below. If any of them don't work for you, please don't pay.

02What you are buying

Access to a library of ready-made prompts and example shots for a fixed period. While your access is active you can read the prompts, copy them, use them, and you also get everything added to the library during that time.

Generating shots on the site is bought separately and is not covered by access. One generation is one shot. Generations you buy don't expire.

We don't sell photographs as such, and we don't promise a given shot will come out exactly like the example: the result depends on your source photos and on the model that builds it.

03Prices

One month of access costs RUB 1,000, six months RUB 3,900. Generation packs: 20 — RUB 390, 60 — RUB 990, 200 — RUB 2,900.

Prices on the site are always current and may change. A period you've already paid for is never recalculated.

Payments go through a payment provider. Your card details are never passed to us and are not stored on our side.

04When access opens

Right after the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If it hasn't opened after a few minutes, write to us with your order number and we'll open it by hand.

Access is tied to your email address. You sign in with a one-time code sent by email.

05What you may and may not do

You may use the prompts for your own purposes, including commercial ones: shots for your blog, your products, your clients.

You may not resell the prompts themselves, publish them in full, put them anywhere public, or pass your access to other people. The library is the product; sharing it destroys the work you paid for.

Bulk scraping of the library is not allowed and is technically limited. Where scraping is evident, access is closed without a refund.

06Refunds

If access never opened, the service doesn't work, or you couldn't use it because of us — write to us and we'll refund you.

If access has already been used — prompts opened, copied, or shots taken with them — there is no refund: the product was delivered the moment access opened.

Unused generations are refunded on request within fourteen days of purchase. A generation that fails through our fault is returned to your balance automatically.

07What we are not responsible for

Shots are assembled by a neural network and come out slightly different every time. We don't guarantee a likeness, a particular composition, or that a shot suits your purpose.

We are not responsible for how you use the shots you receive or for the consequences of publishing them. What you post is on you.

We are not responsible for third-party services: the chats you paste prompts into, the payment provider, or email delivery.

08If the terms change

We may change this document. A new version applies from the moment it is published on the site and never to a period of access already paid for.

We settle disputes by writing to each other: get in touch and we'll sort it out. It's faster and cheaper for both sides.
