Checklist: Which Shots You Need for a Week of Content
Seven posts, five stories, one cover — the minimum set that keeps a feed alive, and how to cover it with a single shoot.

A week of content gets covered by a single set if you plan the shots ahead of time, instead of searching for “what to post” every morning.
- Wide shot — for the intro post and for the cover.
- Medium shot — for a text-heavy post where the face and mood matter.
- Close-up portrait — profile picture and pinned stories.
- Detail shot — hands, flowers, a cup: a breather between posts.
- A shot in motion — for a reel and for live-feeling stories.
- A reflection or a back view — breathing room in the feed, so it doesn’t feel repetitive.
