About Sofika

don't love the camera

I'm Sofia. I put together prompts that turn into blog-ready visuals in a minute.

How it started

For years I dreamed of photos like the ones on Pinterest. I tried to recreate them myself, but the result almost never looked as beautiful as I wanted. And without good photos, it's hard to keep a blog going regularly.

When AI image tools showed up, I figured this was my chance. But the first attempts looked awful: waxy skin, wrong-looking eyes, mangled hands. I spent months figuring out what actually separates a real photo from a generated image. Turns out it's the light, the texture, and whoever came up with the shot.

I realized it wasn't just about how you look. Light, framing, styling, and the idea all matter. So I put together a library of ready-made prompts, and I build every one like an art director would — mood first, then location and light, then the look, and only at the end, the shot itself. Anything that looks like AI doesn't make it into the library.

How I work
  • 01

    Light comes first

The direction of light matters more than location and outfit combined. Every shoot starts there.

  • 02

    Real skin

Pores, slight asymmetry, honest shadows. Flawless smoothness gives away AI faster than anything else.

  • 03

    A six-shot plan

Wide, medium, portrait, detail, motion, reflection. That's what makes a feed look like a shoot, not a pile of random pictures.

  • 04

    Nothing extra

The quieter the outfit and background, the louder the shot. Prints and bright details compete with the face.
